Pues no se si habrá una manera mejor, pero a mi la única que se me ocurre es ir foto por foto en el panel de control editandolas y cambiándole la categoría... es un latazo si tienes muchas fotos pero no se me ocurre otra opción...

Español / Castellano / Error en la librería GD

¿Qué versión tienes del GD? Yo estuve probando y no me convenció nada el GD, por lo que decidí quedarme con el netpbm que me funciona sin problemas, pones los binarios en un directorio y le marcas la ruta en la configuración y todo va como la seda.

De todas maneras te digo esto porque hay una linea en el archivo constants.php (dentro del directorio /includes) que hay que poner a 0 o a 1 dependiendo la version del GD que tengas instalada en tu servidor.

well, actualy there is a way to do so, without any modification of database.
but, this way only would work correctly when the category has "direct upload" permission. otherwise, uploaded date will be when admin validated it.

Hmmm!! It's indeed what I was looking for, in my Web all the categories have "direct upload" permission.

Can you explain how to make the script? I don't know PHP

I don't know if the next problem is a bug, but I'm going to explain what is happening and I hope you can help me:

The registration on my 4images gallery isn't free, only few people are registered and can publish their photos. In any case much non-member people (guests) visit the gallery habitually commenting the photographies and scoring them. But some of theses guests have said to me that in some photos they can't rate because the rating box doesn't appear.

This issue doesn't happen to the members that already are logged, but I have logged out and seen that problem is truth and that in some photos there isn't the rating box.

I have not been able to identify the problem, those photos are like the others, are uploaded by different members and the problem seems random.

Any idea?

The hits counter isn't working fine, the problem isn't of 4images, the problem is of my ISP that now have started to use an http proxy and the 4images doesn't detects the real user IP.

Here in my country a lot of people uses the same ISP and the hit counter doesn't count well (everybody almost has the same IP ). Is there any solution for this? I use InvisionForums too and this forum engine detects correctly the real IP of each user.

Hmmm.... I thought that only GD2 with FreeType support was necessary but checking the links I see that a patch for GD is necessary too

Yes I do that.

But I don't try to install the mod yet, I want to be sure that it will work, and for this reason I used the small test code to test the server, but this doesn't work. Will work the MOD?

But that is for use GD in order to make thumbails, I've use GD for thumbails and it works fine in the server but the small code doesn't work.

I've got GD 2.0 with FreeType Support enabled (I can see this in phpinfo) but if I try test the server with the small code it doesn't work. I don't know if the problem is with font path: I've uploaded arial.ttf to the server and put the font path according this.... am I doing something bad?

You're right, my camera gots ShutterSpeedValue (it's canon) but I've checked the value with a Nikon image :S

I've tried to use ShutterSpeedValue instead ExposureTime filter in exif.php, but it doesn't work: The Shutter Speed Value doesn't appear in exif info table.

Thanks the problem was with the path, all works fine!

One Question: Which is the file that I have to modify to translate Exif data to another language? P.E.: "ExposureTime" to "Tiempo de Exposicion" (in spanish).

I used your exif.php & functions.php (I download zip file from your site) I used them and get this error:

Warning: Failed opening 'exif.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /home/user23/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 29

I correct this error adding complete URL to include line... so this:

include('http://www.mydomain.com/includes/exif.php');

But when I enter to any photo details:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: exif_filter() in /home/user23/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 396

What is wrong? Thanks
