How Do I Change My Template {Already Downloaded and Uploaded}

This is going to be a really noobish question, but I can't seem to figure it out lol! 

I've downloaded, and uploaded a new template, but don't know how to set it as my actual layout.  I went onto the templates link on the admin panel, but that only let you edit the template.

Where do you go to set your current layout?

1. Go to the ACP
2. go to general settings section
3. Find Choice of template folder
4. Set the folder of the new template in the dropdown menu (should be in the same root like the default one)
