How do I prevent Links in the Description Field?

If a user puts an url in the description field, 4images automatically converts it to a link (anchor text).  I set the three options to no under the comments section of the control panel (Allow HTML in comments, Allow BB-Code in comments, and Allow images in comments).  I don't see anywhere else where that can possibly be set.

I'm using 4images version 1.7.1
