images fit into the table - A little help please

How do I make my images fit into the table.  When they are uploading the stretch the tables.

either resize the images, or fix your template to expand with the image sizes.

How do I resize the tables? Or, which pages do I need to edit?
I've tried editing most of the width on every page, but I ruined everything and the picture still breaks the tables
