Problem with categories

When I go to the control panel click add categories I get a blank page in the middle frame.

Anyone know why? Any suggestions? I just installed this board too.

1. have u checked phperror.log and/or apache error.log ?
2. did u modify anything in the code? (especialy in /includes/ folder)
3. have u tryed reinstall the gallery?
