1.7.3 Problem (Pls Help I Cant Solved)

I Upgraded to 1.7.3 but except Administrators, Moderators no one can send image add comment or register i cant solve problem please help me about this problem..

users cannot send their photos and cannot write comments either

for new users can not register the problems are these please help thanks

and what permission you've set in the categories?

i've set chmod 777 to media, data and vs..

upload image -> All or Registered
post comments -> All or Registered

And about "can not register" - sorry but, HUH? can not register HOW?
I think you should add little more description to "doesnt work" termin...we need more details what exactly happening when its "doesnt work"
