Thanks! At least I know what the problem is now.
I've researched a bit and found that there is a way to still use scripts that require register_global on, when it is set to off. You can make a .htaccess file with the line "php_flag register_globals on" and upload it to your server. I've tried this, but for this fix to work, you must have AllowOverride privileges, and I don't. Is there anything else that I can do? My host will not change it for me, as it is a security hazard.
