Images Not showing

Hello, people.
Sorry for bad english.

I found a topic, related to my problem, but it has no answers and really-really old anywhay.
Here is the trouble:

None of the images, including the template images would not show up.  All images including the gallery icons show up as red "x"s.  Thumbnails, Images, graphics in any of templates are simply dont appearing. It's fresh install of 1.7.4 trough Fantastico.

I really need help with it. Thank you.

Set permissions for the following directories:

     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/database
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/media
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/thumbnails
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/tmp_media
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : data/tmp_thumbnails
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : templates
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : templates/default
     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx) : templates/default/media

     Set permissions for the following files:

     chmod 666 (-rw-rw-rw-) : all files in the directory "templates/default"
     chmod 666 (-rw-rw-rw-) : all files in the directory "templates/default/media"

     You can do this with FTP programs such as CuteFTP or WS_FTP.

Thank for the answer, but no - all named permissions was already setted. I have a rule to read "readme" files carefully.
Oh... I really dont know what to do - playng with server's and site's options near three days and still have no result 
Here is the site http://wordmancer.com it's on russian, but in english the picture is the same. On same hosting account I have two more sites (runned by different CMS and using forum engine) and they never having any such problems.

do you use a hotlinking protection?
When I go here: http://wordmancer.com/, my proxy gets crazy.
If I try to see one of the images of your template: http://wordmancer.com/templates/4reds/framep/lbo.gif or http://wordmancer.com/templates/4reds/images/folder.gif, I am immediately rediredted to the homepage without any error display.
Same thing if I try to view a media: http://wordmancer.com/data/media/1/006_entity.jpg

If I try to access to a template file: http://wordmancer.com/templates/4reds/header.html, I get a "500 internal Server Error"

You are in a sub-domain, as http://wordmancer.vitbin.net/ and http://www.vitbin.net/wordmancer/ both work. Try to check your DNS or redirections in cpanel.

Thank you very very much! It solves the problem. The issue was incorrect hotlink protection setup plus some wrong redirects. I would never find it by my self. Thnks again
