Backup your files and dump you MySql database and move both to your new server.
Tip: Maybe you can run old an new system parallel for a short while to look how your gallery works on the new server.
For support requests please don´t forget link to your Gallery/to phpinfo.php
Code: [Select]
<?
phpinfo()
?>
safe_mode must turned OFF
Please check Error Messages

no - you'll just copy the files to the new server, add the MySQL data into the new DB, change the config.php to fit the new servers configuration...

Have you access to phpmyadmin?
with for example www.yourdomain.com/phpmyadmin/ can you make a dump of your database

with for example www.yourdomain.com/phpmyadmin/ can you make a dump of your database
and it calls "Export" there too.

and yes, u can backup DB from ACP and then restore it later. (but my advice to u is open the backup file and see if there are any PHP error messages included, if u see any, then there is something wrong and u should not use that backup)

obviosly this error comes from a mod (slideshow), so perhaps u should seek for support under the slideshow topic ;)

Warning: fopen(slideshow_1.xml): failed to open stream

if you have this problem with flashShow Mod
you need to change permissions of 4images root folder to 777 only the folder not subfolder.

After this change for me all is ok and the flashShow button appears
