Edit/Delete function...

I have just tried to edit/delete a test image from a users point of view and got the following error:

DB Error: Couldn't open Template ./templates/4greyblue/member_editimage.html

Any ideas as to where I should start looking for the problem?

This is a new file in the templates, you have to copy it from the default template pack and put it in the 4greyblue folder.
