Title: Problem mit Formular: Checkbox auswerten

Hi all!
Ich hoffe hier die Erlösung zu finden... schaffs einfach nicht *heul*  :cry:

Mein Formular soll Checkboxen haben, einmal für die Anrede und einmal um ein Produkt auszuwählen:

Html:

Anrede:

Angebot:
