Where is the script that tells imagemagick

To Create Thumbnails?

For some reason it stoped working for me, just gives me that "error creating thumbnail" error.

I asked my host, they didnt change anything, I must have messed up some part of the script some how.

Can someone tell me where its located and what it should say???
