How can i show my IPTC info especially description in the database.
I haven ± 10.000 photo wich i want use but i can't put the info in bye hand
Now i use Fotostation and Photoshop 7 and for the site i want to use 4images, but the IPTC info is for me the most important to let my visitors show what the pictures are and made them searchable.

with regards

Hi,

the only possibility is, to add the images with "check new images" (Detailed Version). If the programm detects iptc-infos for the image,  a button will appear beside the description and keyword textfields to insert the info with one click.

great, i didn't find this option, but is it also possible to do this automaticly, if so the program has almost everything i wanted and i'll be thinking about of buying it.
Did you test it with a great number of photos and then i'm speaking above 5000.

We tested it with over 20 000 images. It works. But you have maybe disable some functions like the random image for better performance.

To disable random images, open "includes/constants.php" and change this lines:

Code: [Select]
define('SHOW_RANDOM_IMAGE', 1);
define('SHOW_RANDOM_CAT_IMAGE', 1);

Sorry, i cant't give you exact instructions how to do this. Take a look at "admin/checkimages.php" and "admin/admin_functions.php", to see how the iptc tags were read from the file.
