Hey.. well i have no clue what this message means that i will be posting below and i dont know what to do to fix it.. What i did was i went to go add a catergory as usual then once i had all my information in i clicked add and it went to this message...

and well just to tell you if i might make any sense to someone the 1161 in there usued to be 1159 then it went to 1160 and now this.. which is very odd! please help me if you can it would be muchly appreciated!
