location of non-translated part

Hi,

In which file and which line I have to change something with multilang(...) to translate non-translated part on picture in attachment? It is site www.artvision.sk and TOP images part.

Top.php file.

Use tag name same for lang/your_lang .

- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
