Category list without comma (,) SOLVED

Hi,
I have upgraded to 1.7.7 from 1.7.6 and now my category list looks different
It used to look like this

xxxx
xxxx
xxx
xxx

Now it looks like this
xxxx,xxxx
xxxx,xxxx
See here: http://ecards.vykort.com(1.7.7 version)

I have looked in the 1.7.7 Changelog but can not find what file has been changed to make this

Would be very grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction
