« on: February 23, 2007, 05:51:34 PM »
I was just reading the following thread....
http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=8651.0

I want to move my wallpaper site from C to 4Images. But after reading the above mentioned topic, I fail to understand in which folder does 4images save the uploaded photos.

Please help. Thanks

They are saved in the corresponding category data media folders.

Thanks. But I am still wondering where exactly. I have searched but could not find it.

Do you mean here:
 / public_html / image / data / media

...yes, kind of
...more like (in FTP) /public_html/yourgallery/data/media
You will have folders with numbers in the media folder. Those numbers correspond with your categories.
So when looking at your gallery home page place your cursor over a category and look at the link, it will show something like:
www.yourdomain.com/yourgallery/categories.php?cat_id=1

Each category has a number assigned to it.
So if you go to a category (in FTP) it would actually look like:
/public_html/yourgallery/data/media/1
Where 1 would be the category ID

Did I just over explain this? Oh well, you get the idea
