Is there a mode that makes it posible that a user can delete his own comment that he put to a picture?

you don't use a MOD for this ...
use in your ACP :
ACP -> General -> Settings -> Session and User Settings -> Allow users to delete their own comments -> Yes

I know but, that can be done when the user uploaded the picture himself, not when sombody else uploaded the picture.
