Asking again for log in issues

I had this message on another board, but I am not getting any help.  Not sure if moving it will help or not, but I'm willing to try anything because this is an annoying problem with the admins and users of the site.

I am sorry if this has already been asked.  I did search and couldn't find what I needed.  I am having problems with people having to log in everytime even if they check the remember me box.  I updated, well had 1.7.3 then started a whole new clean database with 1.7.4, the old one was fine and this new one won't remember anyone.  This is the address in case it's needed.

I tested it on your site and it worked. Try to delete the cookies and test it again.

Idem for me, using Firefox.
Cookies work well. My session keeps in memory.
