Installation, Update & Configuration / I've installed 4images in dutch, but im having trouble installing english.

I've been trying to install 4images in english for about 2 hours now when i decided i should ask on the forums, considering there is no readme for english installation 
. Id really appreciate the help.

Yes, i have uploaded ALL the files.
Yes, i do have php with my host.
Yes, i do have mysql with a database and user setup.
Yes, i know what my host address is, i use mysql all the time.
Yes, I AM HAVING TROUBLE!
