Error concerning language file

I get an error message concerning my English language file, can someone tell me how I can solve this probem. The error is:

Warning: Failed opening './lang/language-pack_english/install.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /home/shiningb/public_html/4images/install.php on line 84

hi,

put the folder "english" into "lang" folder
and "images_english" into "templates/default"

try it now

just upload english folder to lang dir
don't create english and that upload english into english
