Hi,

do a complete backup of your files und your database. Can you use phpMyAdmin? Transfer files and database to your new account. How big is your database?
important: check die chmod-rights (folders and files) on your new server.

What commands should I type to import my database???

Do you have the backup copy of the sql file. Open the sql and copy and paste it into the phpmyadmin
