My Registration Page is not working...

My registration page for some reason is not working.  The verification code is not showing and when you try to register it just loops. 

Could this be the result of my new template?

Anyone have any ideas?

I don't think I understand.  I put that code in my config.php file and now my site loads up as a blank page.

Did I do something wrong?

in your config.php must be:
$captcha_enable = 0;
$captcha_enable_comments = 0;
$captcha_enable_upload = 0;
$captcha_enable_registration = 0;
$captcha_enable_postcards = 0;

your Template "wallpaper" isnīt a Template for version 1.7.3

it is a Template for 1.7 / 1.7.1 / 1.7.2
