Issue re. Javascript copyright notice

If I right click anywhere in the gallery, the Javascript copyright notice comes up twice - is there anyway I can edit it so it only comes up once?  Also, is it easy enough to alter the text in the copyright notice?  ie. if I wanted to change 'Copyright by' to just 'Copyright' or something else.

I guess you don´t use Internetexplorer? With Internetexplorer, the Javascript notice come up only one time.
