insert upload function?

In Admincp of 4images software now have function: (for add new picture):

a. upload full size image
b. upload thumbnal image
c. "enter url of file" <~~ this will create link for download image.

Now I want to add a upload input to replace this to upload direct images (or files) from my computer. (this I'll upload files, not images)

How can I do?

You don't understand my question. But thanks!

My mind is:

Create new upload input in the form "add image" in Admincp (view picture in attachment)

In the "image" form, i'll upload large my image
In the "Thumbnail" form i'll upload my thumbnail image
And in the "Download URL" i'll create new input to upload file from my computer (for visitor download this file only)

Now you see me?

Plz tell me how can I do it?
