Captcha Not Working. it's BROKEN

Excuse me if this question posted again, searched in this forum but i can't find my answer.
My first 4images gallery installed from Fantastico (cPanel) after that, for some reason, removed by me and again installed from fantastico.
My Important problem is CAPTCAH. problem is, captcah image link is broken, Image not Load and Show, my config.php setting file is like below code:

It's true!, because added via "handwork"!. all up codes not be exist in "config.php" file! added later! how to fix it?

i registered my name "Nicky" in your gallery with captcha....

please remove this user..
