GD lib help!!!

Help to adjust gdlib! Where it to establish, in what directory? What to change? I it have put in cgi-bin a directory. Thumbs creates, but very awful quality! Help me please!

GD is a part of PHP installation. Check if you have GD2 installed, if so, then set define('CONVERT_IS_GD2', 1); in constants.php, thumbs quality will be much better then.
