Category Order by Admin - New Album on Top as default?

Is there a mod to change the order of the category easily and quickly because the system already installed takes alot of time. U have to click so many times if you want to move a new album on top.

I searched and found these two mods.

for change the order of the categories easily and quickly in ACP take this MOD :
(is a new admin/categories.php ... only replace it)
