ich finde keine php.ini

Die Fotos sind im schnitt 5 MB groß und haben eine Auflösung von 4288x2848

Hallo
ich habe heute das Script installiert

ich hoffe das ich bei den Einstellungen alles richtig gemacht habe

Beim hochladen eines Foto bekomme ich aber die Meldung

CSRF check failed.
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 20 seconds exceeded in Unknown on line 0

Was mache ich falsch ? :|
