Change ICQ to MSN...

Since most of my users have MSN instead of ICQ, I would like to know if its possible to change the ICQ field to MSN in the Control Panel.
Also, is there any WATERMARK feature in 4Images?

... or you can add a new additional_user_field ...
... what is the URL from MSN ... ?
... and what is the specific user number of this MSN URL ... ?
