1600x1200 would give me such bad eye strain that I'd have headaches all the time even on my 19" monitor.

Over the last 2 years and hundreds, if not thousands, of visitors to my site, I've noticed the screen resolution breakdown is this:

55% :: 800x600
40% :: 1024x768
05% :: Other

I'm also like V@no in that if I have to scroll sideways to view pictures and navigate, I won't browse the site any further and won't visit again.

The borders are all broken when viewed in Opera. Internet Explorer and Mozilla are fine though. I don't know if alternate browser support is a concern for you.

It does take a minute to load over broadband.

In the Clothing and MOTW blocks, the text is a wee bit too close to the thumbnails, and there is a bit too much empty space in between everything.

Your choice of colors is excellent, though. I like the menu buttons at the top.
