i cant logout from my page

hi, i'm using 4 images 1.7.2 with os windows xp and appserv v 2.4.5. My  4images web page are hosted by my computer with my IP number.
the problem is :  when i am logged in on admin page and in my gallery there are more than 2 users online , i can't logout from my admin page and even can't surf on gallery pages.\

soory for the incorrect writing and my poor english

in those circumstansis when i want to logout the brovser "mozilla" window does not do anithing

it is working with IE .
but maybe the dc++ program it is what is disturbing , because the internet bandwith was fully ocupied by him. when do not work is the moment when i download something with the dc++ with full speed.

hello.
I have problem with LOGOUT.

When I click on the Logout there is a loading of page but nothing occurs...
1.7.3 version installed on Microsoft-IIS/6.0.
PHP works as ISAPI module.
MySQL 5.0.22, PHP 4.4.2
My PHPInfo: http://www.marttoys.ru/phpinfo.htm

Russian: При клике на ВЫХОД идет загрузка страницы, выход не происходит... Повторно зайти на сайт после этого не получается. Как будет-то галерея не доступна. Если почистить cookies, то зайти можно.
Из модов стоит только BAN 1.7 и Calendar.

Без модов тоже самое.
