hello,

this may be more of a general php question, than a 4images question.

i have added a few fields to the user table and have added them to the member_editprofile.html.

If there is already data in the field, how do I get that data to display when the member edits their profile?

For example, i added a member statement field. the member can successfully add their statement. When the member returns to edit their profile the statement that is in the db does not show in the field.

Any help would be great. Jan you ahve been a great help! Thanks!

Hi,

it's a little bit too difficult to explain how to do. I'm working at the moment on version 1.6 which will have support for additional user fields. I will release the new version the next days.

Your first three "must do" before you ask a question:
1. Forum rules
2. FAQ
3. Search

Hi,

Sorry to pester you, but I was wondering if this is likely to be released before Monday 25th June, as that is when my site is being re-launched using your software :-)

KEEMO: Keemo from Zaffix?  I take it you guys are going to same way as us (ArtScans.co.uk) then? :-)

Thanks Jan!

ALAN: Yes! its Keemo from Zaffix. Its a small world. Im in the US, you in the UK and we meet on this board hosted in Germany(?) You gotta love the internet! Actually, we arent going to be using this for Zaffix. I just like to try and experiment with other software. Although, I may use this for a different project I am working on. Jan has done a great job with 4 images and may be one of the best if not THE best gallery package out there. Hope your site continues to grow! Good Luck and best wishes!
