UPLOAD issues

As you can see I am having trouble uploading...
I have CHMOD'ED the php files to 777, along with all of the folders. The templates are 666. What then, could possibly be the problem?

before answering any your questions, we want to see the copyright notice back in your gallery !

I'm in the process of setting everything up. I've been fooling around with the templates (you will notice the original image is still up) ... so in the process I want to move the copyright to a different section of the page.

But if it makes you feel better, I'll just put it back where it was at the moment.

also, have nothing todo does i feel better or not

i just registered myself at your gallery, but you have to change USE SMTP to NO, because i don't get the activication code i can't try it out..

As you can see I am having trouble uploading...

Ok, I have changed the footer to show correct copyright and SMTP to no.

So how does the activation code work... because I tried registering and I haven't gotten the email.
