Title: Integration into existing site

I'm looking for a coder that can work with 4images and integrate it into my existing site which runs on a css/php based script.

What I would like to achieve is a seamless section to the site which will operate as a wallpaper provider. I'm looking for someone that can also recommend relevant mods.
