Title: 2 different langauges

Hi.
Is there a easy way to make a choice, and change between 2 different langaues?
My gallery is in Norway, and i want to let the user who don't read norwegian, have a "button" they can clik on. The norwegian langauges change to english langauges.

How do i do that, is it a mod or?
