Mod user upload limit for 1.7.4

Good day! :D

I need the module of control of "user upload limit". The available version in fórum does not function correctly, has several bug and it is not trustworthy.

Information:
Version that use of 4images: 1.7.4
MYSQL: 5.0


Who will be interested to send email for me.

We already done that for another client, 45,oo EUR including installation, support and bugfixing.
