Using almost any FTP clients.
I'm not an expert in those CHMOD things, but I'd think, that when u first create folders and CHMOD them, before u upload files, all files inside become about with same CHMOD? am I wrong?

Letīs you (by clicking the mouse R.bot.) change the permissions of a file/folder.

Itīs very easy to configure also by comands on programs like DreamWeaver / ------------ (Site/Show FTP log) and then typing "chmod 777" (...)

Iīd been in trouble with the permissions during last four days. Iīd learn to configure these by differents ways.
At last, my server deny this changes: http://faq.aruba.it/es/spazioweb.htm#12

Iīd solve it...as good as I could  ;) hack hack hack, where are you?

Then...first I recomend you try to change the permissions by the FTP...
if you canīt change. Ask to your provider!

Bye...and sorry about my english.
