$100 for MOD!
« on: November 05, 2007, 08:11:17 PM »
What I need is to have Categories name, and sub categories name, on the side panel and to be able to control them separately using CSS. I'm willing to pay $100

Here's the my previous conversation with thunderstrike. http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=19268.0

Thunderstrike said that using vano's hack doens't work... So I'm looking for new options, a new "hack" and I have raised the $$$ I'm willing to pay.

Bellow is a picture of what I want this to look like, and I want to be able to control the Category name and Subcategory name using CSS, so they each need a different .class

Thanks!

Is there a way to fetch the category and subcategory information and output it as XHTML?

Incorrect. I said global.php file is no code this way and I code after 4images v1.75 (with php v5.2 install). Is mean, V@no hack work but need extra code for global.php file.
8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- mySQL version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- 4images version
- Post screenshot / URL
- Post code in BB Code (no need full file for code) or post attach file
- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
- Install MOD ? If so - please say (troubleshooting)
- Read FAQ ? Install Bug fixes ?

There is no 4images 1.7.5 (yet).
1.7.4 is the current version.
Your first three "must do" before you ask a question:
1. Forum rules
2. FAQ
3. Search

Mawenzi is working on it now... he is able to loop the subcategories separately from the categories... they already can be modified by CSS he's only finishing the bullets styling that I need.  I think this will be a very nice feature!
