Comments - How do I

Hi again,

I have been looking around the forum and haven't seen specifically what I am looking for. If there is a thread about it already I do apologize. But please point me in the right direction.

What I am looking for is a way to set up the comments where they have a divider or rotate in colored sections. Something to make them easier for people to read through.

Any help would be appreciated!
