Need Help Plz

I Am Very Tired To Find This.
I Will Installed The 4Images 1.7.6 I will set my thumbnail size 100x100 but when some one upload image not resized and its show actual size i will check all settings. i am using GD Bibliothek.my server have no imagemagic or any other support. i dont know what i do. any one plz tell me what is the problem with me. image was not resized.
