how to add menu bar in bottom of logo 4images??

I try to make costume navigation for my website, it should be in the bottom of the logo with the php include like 4dark template
<?php include("menu.php"); ?>
,but I got this error


Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in c:\myserver\scripts\myart\includes\template.php(133) : eval()'d code on line 123

how can I make it

Whats in your menu.php? PHP Code or just HTML code?

I meant this,how to include the page_header.php in another php file.

So if I made another php file like about_me.php or news.php
the contents of header template will be there to,the same problem with page_footer.php in all  page

I don't recall how it's done, but if you search the forums for something like "add new template*" I'm pretty sure you'll find the answer.
