[MOD Request] - Alphabetical Categories

This should be fairly easy. I just want my categories to show alpha betically with out having to reorder manually every time I add a category.

Also as someone else mentioned. Possibly a way to only display categories, begining with a letter. a,b,c etc..

First part is more important tho. First my job has to be easy, then the surfers =)
