Is there already a mod or something I can place on my websites php main page that will pull a random image, or the newer images or anything from the gallery?

This worked great thanks.  I also downloaded a theme called 4dark.  I clicked on templates in the control panel and chose it. I hit save changes..  But I am still running on the default theme.  What is wrong?

Admin control panel doesnt use templates, so its always stays default.
