[Req] Tag Cloud block

Tag Clouds can be very useful if put to use in an intellectual way.. on a more common note, it lists' the most popular search phrases to help the user navigate the site more effectively (more info @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tag_cloud .. example @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Flickr_Tag_Cloud.gif) .. in my opinion 4images should definately have such a mod!

Now this sort of thing is quite do-able in 4-images I presume because i've already seen something quite similar to it posted @ http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=3850.0 .. now my question is that can this > http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=3850.0 > be transformed into a tag cloud block which can appear in the sidebar menu of 4images?

i would love tag features added to 4images similar to flickr and wordpress with ultimate tag warrior.
