Server Migration

Hi All,
        I want to migrate from my old ISP to a new one and I am running 4image v 1.7.4 . I have installed a lot of mods in it. Can anyone tell me how to do this migration successfully without losing any MODs. ( some mods updated my database also).

morning,

OLD SERVER:
1.) backup mySQL database
2.) backup whole data folder

NEW SERVER:
1.) upload all files and data folder from old server
2.) chmod in data folder > all folders with 777
3.) import backup mySQL with phpmyadmin to your new mySQL server
4.) edit your config.php to match new mySQL server
