[How do I] allow images to be validated upon upload?

I realized that everything registered members upload has to be validated. Is there anyway I can disabled this?


I did a search for this issue and came upon this mod: http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=17155.30
But it is in Spanish and I only know English. Can someone assist me with this?

ACP -> Edit categories -> Permissions -> Direct Upload -> All
