Display Image in Comment

Im trying to add an image like a small thumbnail to a comment but it only displays as a link when I post it. Is there a way to have the image display insted of it just being a link?

... with "Img"-Tag or with extended "Thumb"-Tag in BB Code Editor (a MOD by V@no) ...
