Hi,

i can't find any reason for this. Are sure that the folder "data" and "data/media" and "data/thumbnails" is world writeable (chmod 777). If you add a category, the programm will create a directory with the ID of the category as the name. In your case, there should be one folder with name "1" in "data/media/" and "data/thumbnails/". Check if this folder exists and is chmoded with 777.

Hi you get this error when you make a Categorie and try to rename it in ftp then the database cannot find it and this error appears ,

It would be nice if we could name our files to what we want instead of number 1,2,3,4,5 , is it possible  :?: If its gots lots of images then its hard to find the right number.

Is it not possible when we add the Category name then that name is also saved in the database and not just a number  :?: so its easier to find when using FTP

Giffy
