Image resizing but download full sized image
« on: November 15, 2008, 09:28:21 PM »
I am not sure if what I am seeing is how 4Images is meant to work or if I am making a hash of it but when you go to my gallery then you see the thumbnails of all the images uploaded - great but when you click on those images you get the full sized image.

Now at this point I will mention that some of our images are about 3000 pixels wide so they tend to be quite large and as a result the image disappears off the page

So what I am wondering is if it is possible to get a smaller rendering of the image but the actual image that the user downloads is the full sized image? (almost a sub-image or a second thumbnail)

Can anyone tell me if the code at http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=7499.msg33712#msg33712 was tidied up to work properly? I can see some people had problems with it?
